Anthony James Manser is a fantastic family-owned business that was much more pleasant to work with compared to the larger chains. Jo Woods was our main contact during the purchase of our new home, and once we settled on the price, we were amazed that we moved into our new place within just 3 months! Jo was excellent in her communication, always friendly, and kept us updated throughout the entire process, which went incredibly smoothly. I also chose to use their services to rent out my first property through Toby Manser, who is such a delightful person to work with. He assisted me in finding the most wonderful tenants, and once again, everything went very smoothly. A big thank you to both Jo and Toby for making the home moving process as easy as possible, especially since we all know how stressful it can be!

Called Sales team last week Friday to book a viewing for my mum (retirement property) and the lady I first spoke to was lovely. Called back after 3 days with a day my mum was available for a viewing and spoke to a different sales lady who sounded as if she didn’t even want to help. Maybe we were not her type of clientele. She asked for my mums number and name and gave her so that she can contact her on Thursday (today) for a viewing on Saturday. She never called her. I called to ask if there was any issue contacting her and she was the one who answered but she had not saved my mother’s details at all. Which confirmed to me I was right she never intended to help us maybe because we are not the typical clientele she prefers. Will take our services to places we are not discriminated upon. Such a shame as we really wanted the property.

Terrible customer service. My wife and I were interested in renting a property and made several attempts to enquire about availability via email. After being ignored my wife called and was told that the property was no longer available. She then questioned why this couldn’t be answered via email to which the female agent rather rudely replied “because it’s gone”. End of conversation from there. I guess staff here are trained to ignore emails and expects prospective clients to take the hint. Either that or they only employ the incompetent. Good job.
