GoogleExcellent Service! I’ve moved 5 times in my life and Elmwood is the best estate agent I’ve ever used! Their service is personal, informative and worth the money. They keep you updated every step of the way. They offer guidance but aren’t pushy. They understand the process fully and help you navigate it with ease. My move was complicated due to the type of house I was buying and Alan my estate agent was the easiest part of it all. I would recommend them to anyone! Dont pay the over inflated prices of the bigger companies. If you want a polite and tailored service use Elmwood. Thanks Alan and team for all the effort in getting me my dream home! Best Wish Natalie

Google⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars, Outstanding Service from Start to Finish
From our very first meeting, my husband and I were blown away by the professionalism and warmth shown by Alan at Elmwood Property in Irvine. He was extremely welcoming and, above all else, went out of his way to thoroughly scope out properties that genuinely suited our criteria. It was clear from the beginning that he wasn’t just trying to sell us any property, he was determined to find the right one for us.
We also chose to use Jamie at Elmwood for our mortgage services, and once again we were amazed. His knowledge, expertise, and ability to explain everything clearly made the entire process stress-free and straightforward. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his guidance gave us complete confidence every step of the way.
Both Alan and Jamie clearly know how to run their business. They go the extra mile, treat you with respect, and make you feel fully supported throughout what can often be an overwhelming experience. Their combined dedication, communication, and genuine care for their clients make Elmwood Property stand out above the rest.
If you’re looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and client-focused team, I couldn’t recommend Elmwood Property in Irvine highly enough. They turned what could have been a stressful journey into an enjoyable and memorable one. Absolutely deserving of 5 stars! 🌟

GoogleWe had two other estate agents view our house but decided not to go with them. When Alan came, his approach stood out immediately. He was professional yet more informal, which made us feel at ease. Most importantly, he had a strong knowledge of the local area, the selling price, and the current demand.
Alan advertised our house effectively, brought in plenty of viewers, and the property sold very quickly. He also took care of all the viewings himself, which made the whole process stress-free for us.
We were genuinely impressed by both Alan and his services, and we’re very glad we chose him to handle our sale.
We would definitely recommend Elmwood!
