GoogleI would recommend them without reservation. They have been everything anyone could expect from an outstanding estate agent and more. From the very first enquiry to the last phone call/ email they have worked together as a most professional, well organised, efficient team. Chartered us through difficult waters and pursued every aspect to bring in the desired result, completion of sale at a price that satisfied all parties. The human element, sense of humour, understanding and solutions to situations beyond control has impressed us and our solicitor. They have in fact been a pleasure to deal with. Glyn certainly impressed us with the services offered, no other agent came close to competing with them. The sorting out of a jungle of a garden without charging a fortune certainly helped with the initial marketing. Mathew skilfully and tactfully navigated us through the whole process keeping a keen eye on all parties whilst sustaining a sense of humour. Being in Yorkshire, selling a property in Shropshire, I needed an agent I could rely on. I made the right choice when I chose Nock Deighton.
