GoogleABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AGENCY THAT DOESN'T KNOW RIGHT FROM WRONG!!!!!! AVOID 4 ROMNEY ROAD LIKE A PLAGUE AS IT HAS SCUM LIVING THERE!!!! It was fine for a year but then they completely stopped caring and stopped responding to messages as well as official raised issues which were never even acknowledged!!! Ignored no heating issue which was raised numerous times which was never fixed. The broken door lock was only fixed after mentioning it multiple times but then the real horror began. 2 utter scumbags moved in as it was a shared house and I had to call the police 4 times in a space of a few months as they tried to break into my room, domestic violence, threating behaviour and one of them smashed my car window! They were beyond vile with feces left on the toilet seat and flush, food and mess all over the kitchen, screaming and shouting all day long waking me up in the middle of the night, stealing my stuff. Acting aggressively and threating. One of them constantly had baby round which was crying all day and talking to them is a complete waste of time as they do not know right from wrong!!!! After all that and numerous complaints and evidence sent to the agency they have decided to give me notice!!!! IT WAS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE AND DO NOT EVEN THINK OF RENTING THERE OR AT ALL FROM THIS AGENCY!!!!!!

GoogleThis move was the hardest thing I have ever done. James service was exceptional, whilst everything around me fell apart he keep me informed. Both times my house went on the market I had an acceptable offer within 3 days. I would highly recommend James and his team. I couldn't have done it with them.

GoogleI have been a client of Henry Rose Lettings & Sales since 2012, and in that time they have been absolutely brilliant. They manage the properties well and are very good at keeping the tenants happy, which means that they tend to stay a long time and look after the property.

GoogleWe used Henry Rose Lettings for renting out our house and for selling it. From the beginning the service has been very good. Good communication through out and handled all questions and problems very efficiently and thoughtfully. Can' rate them any higher.

GoogleRude and dishonest. I had arranged to view a property and I arrive at the property and wait for 10 minutes with no sign of the agent. i call the agent 3 times, but my calls go to voicemail. So I call from my wife's phone and they answer straight away. They claim that they had tried contacting me to cancel the viewing, yet I had no missed calls and no voicemail. A completely dishonest and untrustworthy company.
