Our house sold within 4 weeks and it was all a relatively easy process. Adrian and Anouska were always on hand to answer any questions and kept us updated throughout. FacebookEveryone is always very quick to be negative about estate agents/rental agents.......I have been renting in needham through Hamilton smith in needham for 4 years and we are not the easiest clients sometimes. Credit where Credit is due though we have recently had a big issue with the heating system and they could not have been quicker or better with getting it sorted! Really happy with their service and our ongoing relationship thank you for being better than the rest!!!
