GoogleGreat service from James at hamish homes, I was needing to get my house on the market asap. James and his colleague came round on a Sunday, got everything sorted and my house was on the market by Wednesday. Communication was brilliant and they were always happy to help. Even with a small hiccup in the sale this was sorted on the same day. Would definitely recommend and use again.

FacebookWe recently purchased a property in Nairn after moving up from London. First time I met Tony was back in August 2017 when I first viewed the property. I thought then that he came across as genuine and knowledgeable. Our completion date was delayed thanks to the snails pace of the solicitors and we were forced to move into rental accommodation. A very stressful time for both myself and my wife. Throughout this delay Tony was a saint. Regularly ringing up to see how we were coping and attempting to assist us in any way he could. I genuinely believe that without Tony’s help we may well have pulled out of the deal. I know that if I ever come to sell this property I will look no further than Tony to sell it for me.

They dealt with everything for me in an efficient manner (home report, viewings, solicitor, video/photos) and we sold for over asking price and significantly more than a house for sale slightly after us with a different agent!

GoogleI've called Hamish Homes twice now to attempt to book viewings for two of their properties. First property although it stated offers over £270,000 we were told that owner wouldn't accept anything under £300,000. Why not have it on at offers over £290,000 then? Thought this seemed strange but were willing to give a second chance. Second time we called the gentleman was rude, could hear he had the TV on loudly in the background and basically didn't seem interested in working with us to arrange a viewing time. Perhaps this is why both properties have been on the market for several months? I would suggest that buyers and sellers alike avoid. Plenty of agents in Inverness who actually seem interested in facilitating a sale.

FacebookAvoid at all cost. So many machinations going on. All they care about is getting new clients in and then service drops off a cliff. Over-promissed and then under-delivered.
