GoogleOur experience in engaging the services of Galbraith to sell our beautiful home, has been nothing short of first-class and we have full praise for them as an Estate Agency.
Our particular agent was Thomas Jones. I'd been dealing with Thomas over the phone and also by e-mail as a potential buyer for another property in which he represented the owner. So impressed was I with the manner in which he dealt with me as a potential buyer, he was my first port of call when I decided to sell my own. Suffice to say, I did not then visit any other Agency. For us, it had to be Galbraith and hats off to Thomas for this.
He is a consummate professional: every single bit of correspondence, whether it be by phone, e-mail or in person, was professional at all times. He exudes both knowledge and competence and also has a very calm nature which is reassuring, particularly when selling most probably one's biggest asset!
I'd also like to pass on my thanks to every single person who met me at the door and buzzed me in. Every single person without fail was so welcoming. You can't underestimate the importance of this. It creates the right impression from the onset. In particular to the lovely lady who sent me the links to the furniture. Most people would forget this or not bother - she didn't. Little things like this create such a good impression.
Thanks also to Jennifer for her help/advice and professionalism at all times too. Every single member of staff was impressive to deal with.
We sold our house to the first viewer who came to view it on the first day. The whole process was seamless and we really have Thomas and the team at Galbraith to thank for this. We are very grateful.
Galbraith truly were outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and share my experience. They go above and beyond and truly are in a different league.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting how Galbraith Inverness treat people . Buying a property is stressful enough without the input of snakes. They will trick you into raising your offer and then offer you a deal to close the buying of the property. Then when your elated and full of excitement for your move the rug will be well and truly snatched from underneath you. I could say use caution when dealing with these disgusting people but my advice would be dont deal with them at all.
