CKD Galbraith Inverness reviews

The Trusted Agent

Go else where and save yourself a small fortune

Lets start on a positive note, the office is impressive and the staff our friendly. Their initial fees are high, but it doesn't stop there they also have on going annual online marketing fees of £400 and random disbursement fees of £200. In order to present your property in its best possible light you need to spend a further £500 on professional photos. As agents you trust their advice but I feel in hindsight they over valued my property to get me on their books. The staff adopt a reactive rather than proactive approach, one of many examples, an early viewer had fed back that he thought he could get better value for money elsewhere. I only found this out on the quarterly feed back sheet I asked CKD was the viewer asked at the time at what price he might be interested... He wasn't ! At no point did CKD make any suggestions on how we might revitalise interest in our property, it was always down to us to suggest price reductions.. After two years when I threatened to pull the property, I started to receive frequent emails updating me of customer interest in my property, which made me wonder if this had been happening previously. This came to an abrupt end when I gave notice to terminate our agreement .
