GoogleTerrible service. My father passed away and the letter they sent was very poorly written. This was the first i have heard of his death, i hoped for further details ASAP but after providing my contact details, two days later i still had not received a response. I contact them by phone to be told 'they were swamped with work and would probably be in touch next week'. A soulless response. I explained that I was just looking for a bit of info about how he died, but still didn't get to speak with the individual in charge of the case. Certainly would not want my family being treated like this after my death.

GoogleRightly so this company is gone. It was an absolute nightmare when I was with them and they didn't sort out issues I had with the flat when I paid my rent on time. It doesn't surprise me they merged with another company because they weren't professionals. High turnover of staff too. Pity as some staff were good.

GoogleThese guys did the conveyancing for a flat sale in Portree for me recently. Great at email and phone contact when they needed information or forms completed....BUT, seven working days after the sale and I want to find out when I am likely to have the proceeds from the sale paid to me.......calls not returned and emails ignored. What a shower.

GoogleI have tried to arrange viewings on properties with this company. Not bothered to call me back. Don’t use this company if you are on the west coast unless you are willing to do your own viewings. Hopeless agency
