From the minute I contacted them to the moment I received the keys to our dream property, Walkers were simply amazing. The friendly yet professional team took care of everything. Having bought/sold a couple of properties in the recent past where I dealt with unreliable agents, Walkers were the polar opposite to the traditional estate agent, returning calls when they said they would and providing constant updates throughout the whole process without the need to chase. What a refreshing company, thank you again!

I have arranged viewings for three houses in Hutton over the last couple of months through Walkers. Each time, they have called me shortly before to cancel the viewings, as in EVERY CASE, "the vendors have decided to sell to a family member." REALLY?? Three separate sellers use Walkers to sell their homes and each time a "family member" comes out of the woodwork and decides to buy it? And on each occasion, the vendor still uses Walkers to complete the sale? Why would you need an estate agent to sell to a family member? I have viewed quite a few properties over the last couple of months and this has NEVER happened with any other estate agent. What is going on at Walkers? A cynic might suggest that a developer is getting in first and that the sellers are unaware.... Something very fishy is going on in any case.....

We have moved many times in the last 22 years and Walkers have been part of the move every time! The are a great local agent with local knowledge, always professional and realistic with valuations and how to pitch. We wouldn't even think about approaching another agent now so thank you for being that familiar team in what can be a stressful process!
