GoogleSince the day I first stepped foot in the offices of Tarr Residential a weight was lifted off my shoulders, Jamie and his team made renting my property out such a smooth process, with constant assistance and information. Nothing was a problem thanks to them. The final sale of the property couldn´´t have gone any more easily. They stand out not only for their expertise knowledge and professionalism, but also for their kind, warm service. Many thanks to Jamie, Sarah and all the team.

GoogleThe house we bought was listed with Tarr Residential. As buyers, Sarah could not have been more helpful! We had a long way to travel for viewings and she arranged 2nd viewings the next day for us. Sarah kept us updated throughout and could not have done any more to make the process as stress free as possible. She was down to earth, approachable and had a really refreshing approach - no hard sells or trying to convince us of anything. As a buyer we had excellent service and are really pleased with our new home! Thank you Sarah!

GoogleThe best Estate Agent I have come across. Jamie valued our property £15k higher than any other agent and got us an offer from first time buyers at full asking price in 3 working days. Isobel was excellent at keeping us up to date and making sure the sale was completed before the stamp duty went up.

GoogleWe moved from Windsor and had very limited knowledge of the area, Sarah & Isobel were a breath of fresh air after visiting many, many houses with other estate agents! Both were incredibly helpful, friendly and gave so many local recommendations for all our needs settling in. By far the best estate agents in the area! They secured us our dream home and did everything in their power to make the process as simple and as straightforward as possible. Sarah gave all the relevant nudges where needed along the way to ensure things moved quickly which was much appreciated! I would highly recommend Tarr Residential to anyone buying or selling! My experience with Sarah was absolutely first class, with her not only chasing through my sale, liaising with both my solicitor and my buyer’s solicitor, but she was also working with the estate agent and solicitor for the property I was purchasing, to provide continuity and make the whole experience of selling and buying as easy for me as possible. Highly recommended.

GoogleAbsolutely fabulous Team in Ilminster. Tarr are a breath of fresh air when it comes to Estate Agents. We sold our house with them, in fact we left another agent to join Tarr. From the moment you step in the office, you feel at ease and taken care of. Tarr know how personal selling/buying/renting is and they pay attention to every detail. Bothering to get to know their client on a personal level and provided service as required by each individual. Fabulous and consistent communication throughout. Proactive from start to finish. Always worth talking to them even if just for advice, but they really do go the extra mile and think outside the box to make sure they deliver on everything you need. Can’t thank or recommend this team enough

(If anything it went faster than anticipated!) Always kept updated as to the progress and gave the necessary nudges to the right people when needed! GoogleHaving approached several agents to market my father's property, I chose Tarr Residential as Jamie Tarr gave me the best confidence in his knowledge of the local market and recommendations to achieve an optimal sale price. I was not disappointed. Jamie and his staff were quick to act to bring the sale back on track when it threatened to be derailed by the purchaser getting cold feet.
