GoogleFantastic service from the whole team from start to finish. They gave clear and easy to understand explanation of how they had valued my property with lots of comparison examples.
Sadly I had two sales fall through due to buyers changing their minds - the ilminster team, however, acted extremely efficiently and worked hard to get it sold again.
I was kept extremely well informed all the way through. The sales progression process was the best I have ever seen.
I’m not going to mention individual names as I feel each and every person at the ilminster office does an amazing job.
Will definitely use again 🙂

GoogleI want to say a huge thank you to symonds and sampson Ilminsater, but also to specifically Georgie. I cannot express how much her help, tenacity and kindness meant to me. In the hardest of times, when it all felt impossible, she helped me have hope and feel reassured she was always in the background working hard to make things happen. I have been so very impressed with every member of the team who have taken my calls, shown me round properties and been genuinely lovely- I would highly recommend them- and I was a buyer!!

GoogleWe received excellent service from Symonds and Sampson (Ilminster) when selling my mother's house, from the moment Tim Bennett arrived to value the property right through to the completion of the sale which happened this morning. Everyone in the office was unfailingly helpful and courteous, and Georgie's cheerful demeanour and positive attitude kept us going even at the most difficult moments -- and inevitably there were difficult moments, given that we were dealing with a chain of transactions over which we had no control. But the S and S team kept us regularly informed and were always available to answer queries; they could not have been more helpful.

Googlewould thoroughly recommend, from start to finish I recieved excellent service. When the chain was not going smoothly they kept on top of it for me. Communication with both myself and my solicitor was excellent. I was able to sit back and let them deal with it all in complete convidence. It was a daunting prospect for me to set out on, at 72 and on my own.I am so glad I choose them. they took care of all for me.
