No wonder it is so hard to get a property these days. Even when I offered 6 months up front and a guarentor I was still not even given the opportunity to view a property. The individual I spoke to even said that even if I had offered to pay 10 months upfront (all my savings) I would have been refused due to not passing referencing as my salary was about 7k per annum too low, even though I would have only have had 2 months worth of rent left to pay, even the whole 12 months would have also been refused due to the landlord wanting rent monthly. No wonder people are sick of dealing with letting agents and landlords, there is absolutelyno comprising even if you offer almost 6 grand up front, I cant imagine this being an issue back in the 1980s and 1990s but today, rents are extortionate and prospective tenants have to jump through hoop after hoop adter hoop.

They were able to advise on properties to view and support with form filling and providing information to upload on their Vouch app. The app is easy to use and collates all the information you need as well as helping you to get moved and set up in your new home.
