GoogleWe recently sold our cafe and deli in Skipton through Alan J Picken. Alan himself came out and valued the premises and we placed it on the market. Within a week we had a viewing and an offer for the business. The cafe sale completed within five weeks of us putting it on the market with Alan. During this period we always found Alan and his staff very helpful and efficient.
