GoogleNever received the support expected. Out electric gas hob was not working for 25 days, Even after our repeated attempts no one bothered from portico to arrange for the alternative solution. They do not reply nor call back to your emails/calls. Pathetic service.

GoogleAbsolutely appalling customer service. I'm still awaiting a reply to an e-mail querying my last statement as a landlord. They have charged me for a gas test after the property was sold in December. Despite 3 e-mails requesting a reply, I'm still waiting.
