I have been really impressed with Lara at Portico who has managed my Airbnb property. She always responds to emails in a timely manner and is always willing to support me in anything I ask for. Nothing ever seems to be a problem, so has a 'can do' attitude, which I have really valued.

GoogleThe worst agency. If you have a problem they don’t really care. You call them and they don’t pick up the phone. So nobody can fix anything, you’re the only that can do that because if you wait for them that never gonna happen. I feel quite disappointed with this agency. I definitely don’t recommend.

Rude and unpleasant staff. Unhelpful both to the landlord and tenant resulting in both parties deciding not to use Portico moving forward.Threatening in their emails and incompetent at pretty much all things expected of an estate agency. Highly recommend looking at the likes of Aston Rowe who have been far more helpful.

We used Portico Islington to let a flat in Clerkenwell recently. They were responsive to queries and kept us fully informed on progress regarding viewings etc. (including Molly responding out of hours over email). Suitable tenants were found quickly and the appropriate reference checks etc. done within a few days. Very pleased with the service.
