GoogleI can thoroughly recommend Whitney Homes to sell your house and the service Dee Ryall gives the seller is first class. It’s a bit of a tough market at the moment but Dee was constantly in touch with me re viewings and potential buyers. Then when there were possible buyers Dee was a master negotiator and worked tirelessly to get me the best price. With 30 years of experience Whitney Homes are professional, passionate and offer a great service - thank you Dee.

GoogleDee managed to do what others could not. We had been on the market with a couple of other agents in what was shaping up to be a difficult time for property in the area. We had viewings and a few shaky offers, but no solid sale. We found the house we are now in, which was being sold through Whitney Homes and thought that Dee came across really genuine and she clearly knew what she was talking about. So naturally we decided to entrust Dee with our own sale. Dee took a different view on our home and suggested various things we should do to make it more attractive to buyers, including how the photos should be done. This resulted in a number of viewings which led to an eventual sale. The key takeaway I got from Dee is that if there is a deal to be done, she with get it. There are always negotiations in any property transaction and she was key to sticking a balance where vendor and purchaser are happy. Thank you Dee.

Dee’s understanding of the property market through her considerable and invaluable years of experience meant that she knew exactly how to advertise the property to attract the perfect buyer for the house. I felt complete confidence in Dee’s approach and we completed on the sale within 9 weeks of receiving an offer for the full asking price. Not only did Dee keep me fully informed about what to expect throughout the entire process, she also went above and beyond in terms of the practical and emotional support that often goes when leaving your home. Quite simply, I could not have managed without Dee and for anyone looking for a more personal approach to selling their home, Dee is nothing short of exceptional and I cannot recommend her more highly.

GoogleI had the misfortune of selling my home thru Dee. 😱 I’ve never had so much stress or incompetence in all my working relationships in my life. And now, to add insult to injury, she GAVE MY NEW HOME ADDRESS to my buyer, WITHOUT my consent! And then lied about it. My buyer told me on email that Dee GAVE him my address!! The stress of the GDPR data breach gave me FULL amnesia, witnessed by 2 local business owners. No apology etc. only lies. Horrified! 🥺💔🥺 DEVASTATED...
