GoogleWe are just about to complete on the purchase of our new home and Matt at Paul Jeffreys was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Even though Matt was acting for the seller, he went above and beyond to keep the chain moving and keep everyone informed, which made a huge difference during what can often be a stressful process.
Matt was always proactive, responsive and reassuring, and it was clear he genuinely cared about getting things over the line for everyone involved. There were moments where the chain could easily have stalled, but Matt’s persistence and communication really helped keep things progressing.
The whole team at Paul Jeffreys have been professional, friendly and incredibly helpful from start to finish. We’re very grateful for the role they played in helping us get into our new home.

GoogleGood estate agents, always quick to answer emails and queries especially if something goes wrong, we have rented from Paul’s Jeffrey’s for around 5 years, and never had a problem.
Bad points is no out of hours number that I know of so if something goes wrong out of hours you have to wait (they are open seven days a week though) and 6 monthly house inspections that are a bit much, makes you feel a little on edge.
