GoogleThe sale of our late mother's house was delayed by the pandemic, but Mark and the team at Lawrence & Co went beyond the call of duty by keeping an eye on the empty property while we were forbidden to visit. It was a great comfort to know that a check was being made periodically, both to us and to keep insurers happy. We would unhesitatingly recommend Lawrence & Co to anyone.

GoogleJust sold and bought through Lawrence and Co, Hythe. It is the second time we have worked with the team there; we bought through them three years ago. Both occasions required a lot more effort from Lawrence and Co staff than they should have done. Mark and Alexa’s local knowledge, patience, tact, communication combined with sheer hard work and some welcome humour kept the deal alive and, together with the rest of their team, they brought about a satisfactory, realistic solution for all parties. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

They where incredibly professional from start to finish, negotiating an amazing price for the property we wished to purchase. Every time we called with a query, which was a lot as we where first time buyers.
