GoogleI had an excellent time renting with Target. The whole team are incredibly respectful and professional. Whenever we have had any issues they have been sorted right away. We even had a hamster! As a house of 7 student girls, we had a brilliant time and the team at Target were supportive. I would recommend them to anybody!

GoogleWith all the sketchy letting agencies in Leeds I cant reccomend target properties enough! They give full notice before coming into the property, are extremely reasonable and have the fastest response timing to any maintenance issues that I've experienced. Thank you Stephanie!

GoogleThey were very quick to respond to emails and gave us numbers to contact for urgent things. When maintenance issues came up, someone always came the next day after we emailed, and if we emailed early in the day someone would be by that afternoon. They returned our deposits within several days of moving out, and didn’t do what some landlords/letting agents do where they deduct money for small silly things.

GoogleGreat company and great customer service. There’s never any problems and if we do have an issue they always fix the issue ASAP! Not much more you could want from a letting agency, the house is really nicely furnished and I know I can contact them about anything! If I was staying in Leeds longer I would certainly be staying in one of their houses. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleOut of all the student letting companies in Leeds, Target are perhaps the most professional. Very helpful when it came to maintenance issues and staff where always polite, the property itself was above what you would expect from a student house and came at a reasonable price, overall a good experience.

FacebookMe and my partner have been with Target property since June and they have been great! When asked for something, 9 out of 10 times it is done really quickly. Last year I had a TERRIBLE landlord (LG Properties), but Target have been great. We are staying with them again next year, mainly because of how great they have been and also because we love the house and how nice all the furniture is! Definitely recommend for a stress free rent!
