GoogleHead and shoulders above other agents I have worked with. pragmatic, able to handle difficult buyers and know how to get the deal done. they know their skillsets, so rather than have one person do everything to an average level, between Alex, Pete and the team they play to their skillsets and it makes a real difference.

GoogleI could not recommend Chatt Estates enough. From meeting Peter and Rennick at the start I felt very looked after. Alex took over the handling once the property was being viewed and under offer and I am not sure I have the words to explain how amazing she is. During a very stressful time of my life she always went the extra mile. She was kind and understanding and helped make the selling of the family home about as easy as it could be. I will always remember her kindness. If you want an excellent professional service with a human touch there isn't anyone else that you should be talking to.

GoogleThank You All Soooo Much! After living in my house for 20yrs, I sold my much loved home through Chatt and I honestly couldn't have wished for a better experience. All about timing…….. From my first meeting with Ren, whom confidently told me I would be moving, to soon after with Katie who found my wonderful buyers, then finally to Alex who instrumentally managed the sale and completion for me. Everyone at Chatt were all incredibly friendly, patient and Alex always went over and above to keep me informed and supported throughout. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new home and delighted to hear my buyers are too. I feel incredibly grateful to Chatt for their help and guidance, I couldn't have done it without you all! GoogleWe have been blown away by the level of service given to us by the wonderful Katie and Alex at Chatt, Hurstpierpoint. We met Katie for a house viewing, she accommodate us on the same day and her personality shone through. The genuine level of care for their clients exceeds any of their competitors. Whenever we’ve spoken to Alex she’s gone above and beyond to find documentation and send it over to us, likewise her warm personality shines though too! Can’t recommend Chatt enough, the best in their industry!

Alex in particular was great in keeping us fully informed on both the good and difficult issues that arose. Our experience confirms that a small and focused team beats the bigger agents hands down.
