I have used Annafield twice recently, firstly for the sale of my own property and then more recently for the sale of my late mother’s house. Both experiences were great and particularly for my mum’s sale, this was handled very efficiently and sympathetically in what would otherwise have been a much more stressful experience than it was. Big thank you to the team, Chloe, Jack, Keeley, Joe and Colin for their hard work and professionalism. Would definitely use them again in the future and would 100% recommend to others.

I would like to start by saying that without Colin and Chloe we would not have made it through our sale/purchase process this year. They where a constant, always going above and beyond what they had to do for us. I would like to add that they were the estate agent for the house we were buying but they also helped push through our house sale to ensure we got the house we fell in love with when we viewed it for the first time. Brilliant! Five star service from beginning to end. Phenomenal effort getting the chain set up despite many setbacks from the legal profession. During the final stages, Colin was especially proactive in pushing the process forwards to ensure we exchanged and completed on schedule. Communication throughout was excellent.
