GoogleNina and Emily were the kindest most attentive agents throughout all of our tenancy, always available via email or phone call. They received us so well and walked us through everything we needed to know when we first arrived here knowing near to nothing about tenancies. They were a superb link between us and our landlords whenever we needed them. I wouldn't doubt for a second on giving them a call as our first choice when looking for a property in the future. Thank you!

GoogleFrom my first contact with Nina Clark Lettings it was clear that they are a different kind of Letting Agent; one that puts customer service, honesty and integrity first. It was a pleasure dealing with Nina, Charlie and Emily, they were professional, organised and helpful with strong communication skills and a "can-do" attitude. Given our recent negative experiences with other Letting Agents, Nina Clark stands out as having exceptional client service and strong values. I highly recommend them to people looking for property to rent in Newbury, Hungerford and surrounding areas.

GoogleBe very careful- she was our agent as landlord: we had major problems: constantly chasing payments and paperwork and when we had issues with tenant, incorrectly told me we could not seek possession. Even sent me a document to “prove” she was right, which -in the second line- actually said she was wrong, messed up notices, etc. Did feel need to ask whose side she was on.
