Applied for a property was not told that they require 2 Months bond upfront plus a months rent in advance so was unable to pay the huge amount of £1650 plus the £243 admin fee that I had already paid out .when I asked for the return of my admin fees the lady was very rude and un co-operable and refused point blank which I am now complaing to the the property ombudsman's for letting agents the agent has been very rude threw out I would not recommend these to anyone who doesn't want to give there money away to these rude unhelpful people approach with caution as there requirements are not set out clearly

This applicant applied for the property with a Home Owner Guarantor but then after the referencing had commenced decided against this and asked to pay a deposit. Our Deposit Amounts and Fees are all detail on our marketing materials as required by law. This applicant changed her circumstances and failed to read the details correctly prior to putting down her administration fee. This Applicant did complain however it was not our decision that the applicant could no longer provide a Home Owner Guarantor and therefore the application did not fall through because of our action.
