GoogleWe are just in the process of buying a house here. Ann Lawler has been fantastic since day 1 when we went to view the site. Nothing has been too much trouble. We cannot wait to move into our dream house in February. What can be one of the most stressful things we do in our life (moving house) Ann has taken all of that stress away. I don’t write many reviews online, but when I see staff members go above and beyond I feel like I should make sure they get the praise they deserve.

GoogleI am delighted to have experienced impeccable service standards by Ann and all the team at David Wilson Homes. I brought this property for my mother who is absolutely delighted with it. The whole process has been effortless. I have been regularly informed of updates throughout the different build stages. There is a level of consistency in the information provided and all staff can not do enough for you. Alex, one of the sit managers has been very helpful and is always there to advise you.

GoogleI reserved my beautiful new home at Grange View late last year and completed just over two weeks ago. From start to finish the process has been smooth and enjoyable. Leanne in the sales office is excellent and has always helped keep my spirits up even when there were a few bumps in the road with my sale. She’s a truly wonderful person and an asset to her employer. Now I’m in and settling in to my second week in my new home and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend both Grange View as a development and DWH as a builder.

GoogleWe reserved our dream home at the lovely Grange View development but unfortunately the application fell through. David Wilson have been supportive like no other developer we have dealt with, they have been patient, helpful and bent over backwards to help work things out for us. They have extended timescales and offered lots of other help. Anne and Leanne are just the most fabulous sales people, so kind and knowledgable and always have a ready smile and cup of tea waiting. They really do go the extra mile and make you feel so important, whether you are buying a small house or their highest one. When we are ready we will definitely be back to the development which we have come to know and love.

GoogleGreat location and can’t fault the area.
Anne the sales rep is great, the site manager Alex and Ast Damon are fantastic all very helpful. The directors and sale co-ords are just awful. We had a few issues with our sale and wow how rude can they be. Threatened us to pull out and put the house up for sale every other day.
But since moving in can’t fault the service from the on site team.

GoogleReally nice homes, just let down by the rude sales lady who doesn’t appear to want to be there and was very dismissive/not interested. I left feeling deflated. As a result I chose not to buy at this development and went next door to Barratt …

GoogleStopped by at the weekend, after viewing the Davidson Homes site to have a look what was available. The sales person was beyond rude and didn’t want to speak with us. Basically walked off whilst she was answering our question.
