GoogleI am dissatisfied with the service; the unfriendly treatment right from the entrance did not encourage me to explore the houses. I felt that the unpleasant behavior was due to the Polish accent. Given that this is Coalville and there are many developers in the area, the service at DWH and Bellway was significantly better, where I received information, assistance, and a customer-oriented approach. I cannot assess the quality of Barratt Homes' houses because I couldn't even view the show home, and the approach was disappointing on two occasions.

GoogleWe popped into Grange View this afternoon, we had an appointment, the receptionist is definitely in the wrong job. She was rude,belligerent, and downright horrid. We were expecting a warm welcome, how wrong we were. I am not sure where her talents would be best served, it’s definitely not customer service.
