GoogleHonestly, Dawn was great from start to finish. Dawn originally showed us our new rental property in Moldgreen. She guided us through the application stages and also any hiccups that presented. Next thing we knew, we were moving in. I would definitely recommend this company.

GoogleTerrible company please avoid. They have tried to take all my deposit money on some stuff which is absolutely ridiculous. They rented me a property full of mould and damaged my stuff and tried blaming me for supposedly not opening windows. They will say anything to stick up for the landlord and they just want money they even told me at beginning of tenancy they would sort a leak out and repaint and didn't do it. Awful, terrible, wouldn't even rent with them again if it was free. Honestly please save yourself the grief I went through.

GoogleLettwo have managed all my properties with professionalism and competence for the past 6 years, and I would happily recommend them. They have exceeded their remit on many occasions to provide assistance and a stress free service to maintain my business in my absence. Since they took over the management, I have had far fewer problem tenants and unpaid rents, and their statements and payments are prompt and accurate. They adjudicate fairly between my interests and tenants concerns, and act quickly to remedy any problems in the properties. Considering my extensive experience with Lettwo, I would not give much credence to the derogatory comments / reviews from tenants.

GoogleAwful experience with Let Two. When I moved into the property, the cleaning condition was terrible (as shown in the photo), I too remember vacuuming the apartment upon moving in to collect hair and nail clippings from the previous occupant, and there was no working fridge. I was forced to purchase one as almost one month passed with no resolution coming from yourself and the landlord. At the time, I was more than patience considering the apartment was advertised with a working fridge. However, at the end of my tenancy, Let Two has deducted £60 from my deposit for cleaning to take the condition beyond how the apartment was supplied to me. They have even attempted to retain the fridge that I had bought for free. I did not dispute on DPS because I did not have the time and did not take detailed photos of every corner of the house when I moved in as I did not foresee dealing with an agent that does not appear to operate with a moral level of fairness. I have learnt my lesson dealing with Let Two. I hope everyone is wary of this estate agent.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic team at Lettwo. I have been using them for many years to find tenants for my flat. Their service has always been absolutely great. Finding, vetting and moving tenants in is always smooth and painless and they are always willing to help with things well outside their standard agency job description! I can't recommend them enough.

GoogleLet Two were great with me and I had no issues with them as a tennant. Although my landlord was a stickler, Let Two were great at mediating and quick to respond my emails and queries. I had no issues with them at all. I'm considering buying an investment property and will be asking Let Two to mange the property if I go ahead. Thanks Let Two!

Wanted to book to view a property. I had to answer lots of questions before they would book in to view it. We were advised by Let Two that it would be pointless that myself and my partner view the property if we didn't fit the criteria. If we didn't fit the criteria we wouldn't viewing the property. We read the full description/criteria before contacting Let Two. Would not recommend.
