Market Street Homes were our 3rd chosen estate agent after having our home on the market for a couple of years on and off. I went for the more mainstream companies initially, and then decided to try Market Street Homes through recommendation. Phil was the only agent to get people actually through our door to view, and house sold. I now recommend him to everyone. We were very happy with his service.

In the last few years Phil has sold our house, my mum's house and now has acted in the purchase of a house in Hoylake for my daughter. When you look at estate agents locally, for the most part you get people with little experience pushing prices that they're soon trying to lower cos they inflated them at the outset to win your business, motivated by commission on physical sales numbers every month. Phil has decades of experience, understands Meols, Hoylake & West Kirby intimately and is so much more than just a commission salesman. He understands both sides of the sale and I'd argue there isn't an estate agent to touch him on this side of the Wirral...

Superb service. I like many have a degree of contempt for estate agents. Trying to book an appointment to view is often a nightmare with the impression the agent is doing you a favour. Walking into Market Street homes was a breath of fresh air, so friendly and helpful. Two viewing appointments booked the same day! Debs and Phil were superb at each stage of the process. I would highly recommend this estate agent to any potential vendor. Phil was very professional but also friendly and knowledgeable about the area, from the outset instilling confidence that he would be able to present my property in its best light and achieve a successful sale. He did this faultlessly after only one session of viewings, supporting me with great advice about the solicitor to choose and all other aspects of the sale process until completion. He was always readily available to help by phone or message and although he must have been very busy he was happy to liaise between myself and the purchaser without delay. Overall he achieved a better than expected price for the property for a very reasonable fee and facilitated a smooth sale at a chaotic time in the housing market.
