Despite a very busy and noisy office the 3 ladies that assisted us were knowledgeable, understanding, and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble.Details of the current build, the plot we were interested in and the surrounding area were all explained.We were thankful for their pleasant nature and nothing is to much trouble.

What started out as a positive experience with the initial move has been hugely let down by poor customer service. The lack of communication from customer service, after reporting numerous snags has been a disgrace. They have our money and now don't want anything to do with us, typical. To put into context, these issue pre-date Nov 2019 - how frustrating. Awful.
