Lovell Homes - Park View, Holt. A good friend recently purchased a new build on this development. The excellent customer service from Bonnie, the sales executive, whose professionalism, patience, knowledge, guidance and hard work is truly appreciated. Additionally, post-sale the site manager and his team have been extremely helpful and on-hand at all times. My dear friend is now settled into her lovely new home with sincere appreciation to all concerned at Lovell’s Park View.

This developer refuses to fix any…

This developer refuses to fix any snagging issues raised during the warranty period once the warranty period expires. They ignore emails and phone calls in the hope that you will simply go away. Dreadful company. We are now enacting NHBC and potentially legal proceedings against them. In response to their reply - they attended, made the issue worse and now refuse to attend again.

Great experience

There had been an issue with our front door lock and a need to replace the skirting in a part of the kitchen due to a subsequently fixed leak. Tom of Lovell Homes attended twice in a span of 3 weeks to sort everything out professionally. Our door lock works perfectly now and the skirt board and it's surrounding walls look new and shiny thanks to Tom's thorough touching up. He is also friendly, patient and courteous. There is another issue that is still outstanding, which may become the subject of another review, but on this occasion, we are very happy with how quickly and neatly the issues were dealt with by Tom and LH.

The two lovely ladies we met were Jo and Ellie. They are both very friendly and were very welcoming and happy to show us around the show houses and able to explain everything about the property we were interested in buying.The following day we went back for another appointment were Ellie went through all the paperwork with us and answered all our questions.She also helped us choose are carpets and flooring,nothing was to much trouble for her.After a long two years of trying to sell our flat and buy a house we are really excited about moving into our lovely new home in the new year.Kind Regards Debbie and David Crisp

He turned up with a list of issues and fixed everything he possibly could, we had an issue with some draws for months that we were basically told it would take alot of disruption fix but in no time at all he had them sorted and back into place how they should have been from the start no disruption to us at all. Brilliant sales service at Briarswood

A few months ago while toying with the idea of putting the house on the market, we popped into the sales office at Briarswood. From the start Mandy couldn't be more helpful with our questions and letting us view all the show homes. From that moment we decided to list our house and are currently going through a purchase on the development. UPDATE - 23OCT24 (1 Star Review)The below was our experience with Lovell when we initially engaged formally back in December 2023. We are not even a year on, and oh what a different place we are in now.....Glow Garren - Hamilton (South Lanarkshire)Lovell Homes Glow Garren. The only poor quality property we have ever owned. The remedial works carried out have been pitiful, poor standards, incomplete work and a very defensive response. Despite earlier positive signs of a more engaging and supportive approach, that has since lapsed. The response from managers who are supposedly customer focused is at best defensive and arrogant. We will never buy another Lovell Home again! We took possession of our property March 2024, we have been more than patient! Pathetic.......DEC 2023 (5 Star Review)After a particularly long and complex journey to get here, we have just reserved at Glow Garren. Anne-Marie has been absolutely amazing! The level of focus and support has been second to none and has culminated in our decision to buy with Lovell. Jackie has latterly assisted with some of the process, and so thank you for all her support too. We are feeling very confident moving forward with our property purchase in early 2024!

Parents relocation

My mother & father are currently purchasing a new home and relocating, and leaving a home that my father has lived in for 79 years. Mandy who we have met through the purchasing of the property has been great and very mindful of the needs of my parents and has walked them through the process all the way. last week when they visited to start the process of selecting their flooring, again, Mandy was outstanding with the help she gave them, and what was one of the nicest touches, was, when Mandy introduced them the Mark the aftercare operative, as he assisted with all the questions, and answered them, all which gave so much comfort to them, that there is some one on hand to support, as this is such a massive move.keep what you are doing.

Jordan is a real asset to your company

Jordan is a real asset to your company, he is a perfectionist and takes pride in what he does, which we hope will be recognised by Lovell. As for the lack of communication your end, lack of planning, poor workmanship carried out previously and the sheer amount of visits to rectify these issues and to get to this point, I can only describe as appalling. I have had to use countless days off work and stay home waiting while you either don't turn up as you've booked us in on the wrong date to what's been agreed or you call to change the appointment on the day or you just can't complete work we've agreed in the given time so you have to return yet again. There's been no consideration to us as the customer, we have had to accommodate Lovell every single time, we've not been listened to and our issues haven't been taken seriously which has caused a lot of stress during a time that should feel special and exciting. When we first moved in we were so happy with the experience and as time has gone on its become a nightmare having to deal with Lovell. We haven't been made to feel like a valued customer and no sincere apology has ever been given.This 5* review solely reflects Jordan and Sienna as I would be giving a 1* if it wasn't for Jordan fixing the issues and the way Sienna took the time and care to listen and plan for these to finally be rectified.

Great customer service

I arranged to view an apartment on the London Road development in Wymondham. The sales team of which Ellie was a member of staff were very knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. Ellie didn’t rush my appointment, she talked me through all the options available and explained throughly what was included and the upgrades which also available. The apartment was better than I expected and once I’ve sold my existing property will definitely be purchasing the apartment if it’s still available. Thank you for the service.

Wild Walk Telford - faultless!

It has been a faultless experience from start to finish with Wild Walk Telford. From reserving to completing there isn’t one thing that we could complain about. We reserved in November last year and we were given constant updates from Dave our salesman. Everything was so straight forward and being first time buyers it was made so easy with mortgage and solicitors as well. We were able to access the house whenever we needed to and any changes along the way were sorted and dealt with straight away. Everything was so straight forward which made our experience less stressful and enjoyable! Alex the site manager has been fantastic in terms of sorting out any snags along the way but also when we had moved in. Dave our salesman has been faultless, everything we asked was never a problem and we couldn’t thank him enough for all he has done for us and more importantly been a big part of our journey. The house quality is fantastic, and the snags we had were minor and not that many. Wild Walk Telford is a lovely place to live, we couldn’t be happier where we are and we were extremely lucky with our plot. Wild Walk is not like any regular new build estate. You are not cramped or given a tiny garden, you have so much space around you and decent size gardens! Overall our experience has been excellent, we have been in 3 months now and snags were dealt with within a week. Customer service have been fantastic and communication has been regular. We would recommend this site or builder to anyone!
