GoogleWe recently let one of our flats through Pearson Keehan. In the twenty five years we have been letting property in Hove, I can honestly say we have never had such great service as that provided by Tom and Marcie. They were friendly and professional and let our flat within a few days. We are looking forward to working with them again in future!

GoogleI can definitely recommend Pearson Keehan for both Sales and Lettings. Everyone is very personable and trustworthy and being a small company, you don't get handed from one person to another. Tom has been managing my flat for 7 years now and is an excellent Lettings Agent - very responsive and sorts out any issues quickly and efficiently for both myself and for tenants.

GoogleMy partner and I have been really pleased with the service from Kevin and Chris with the sale of our flat, and would recommend the agency to any friends looking to sell. We were kept up to date during the process of viewings and any offers made, and ultimately they helped us to secure a sale. Kevin was particularly helpful in ensuring the sale progressed, although it was clear that they communicated in the office as matters were progressed by Chris in the event Kevin wasn’t in the office, which was reassuring especially during the summer holiday period.

GoogleChris Pearson-Hove branch- first took me to see the property I have just purchased and from the get go I found him to be approachable , efficient and ever helpful. In Chris' absence I then spent a lot of time in touch with Amy Newman who pushed the purchase forward in the last few weeks , far more effectively than the conveyencing firm. I found Amy to be really supportive and unfailing in her prompt and personable response to my queries. If I ever want to sell my property I would almost certainly want Pearson Keehan to do it. December 24.

GoogleFor the second year running, total efficiency and professionalism. First year filled 16 student units within 6 weeks and this year with only 5 departures, filled within a month. Always early for viewing appointments and always asking relevant questions to give the best info to the prospective tenants. Follow up and required info gathering fast and efficient. Easily the best agency in Brighton & Hove and a breath of fresh air after our past experiences with lesser agents.
