Mischon Welton found us a buyer in less than two weeks which is incredible in a tough market. We initially switched from another local estate agent: I'm so glad we did and would encourage others struggling to get viewings to switch to MW. Ryan and Claudia held the process together and advised us and acted for us with level heads through a very stressful time. The efforts they went to to safeguard our whole chain was above and beyond. Harry has gone beyond his call of duty as an Estate Agent. He has really helped my Nana move from Norton Road to live with my parents in South Africa. He kept in constant touch with any new developments by email, telephone call and Whatsapp so that my mother was kept in the picutre at all times. When my Nana left the flat he was still there to assist with the DHL boxes and the removal of the remaining furniture. The family have formed a good relationship with Harry and we hope that he will come and visit us in South Africa. He made what is normally a very stressful move less stressful by being attentive and catering to my Nana's needs with a caring and understanding nature. Thank you, Harry!

So If you are looking for an estate agents that want to push any potential new tenants away for your swanky new pad, do come to Mishon Welton. The home of bad customer service! Obviously manners aren't needed for this place as their telephone manner happens to be erm lets say totally rubbish. We arranged a viewing for a property and it was a gorgeous place. the viewing was at 5.15. We turned up at 5.05 and waited until half past until we rang. This property is on the same street as their shop. We rang to ask if they were coming and a rude woman replied with a very precise "I have been waiting outside the property from 5.15 until 5.22 and you were not there" ERM Yes in fact we were there. Anyway Mishon Welton must own some impressive invisibility coats... She did come down and WELL we were greeted with amazing coldness and she was rude and would not let up she had been waiting and well apparently we must of been lying about being there for so long. Anyway. Amazing place, she let us in, didn't talk to us, pretty much rushed us out. So she just walked away. The next day i rang up and asked about the place, but there is a damp problem so went on to ask about if anything would be done about it! "Well Obviously something would be done about it but we can't do it when tenants are in there" ... Well i wasn't aware that was "OBVIOUS" ... Anyway i said that's fine, we could arrange maybe an extended week before we moved in. "Well how many many are "we" wanting to move in" - Oh there is 3 of us. "Do you even know if the landlord wants THREE of you in there?!" Well erm, you knew three of us were bloody looking around and the place is huge, and I thought maybe just maybe as your job as the agent YOU would know if three people could move in. "Well i will email the landlord and ring you tomorrow" OF COURSE they didn't ring! So 4pm the next day i rang back and well..... "No he only wants a couple in there BYE" Honestly Something very wrong with this place. Being rude doesn't get you anywhere.

Just bought my first house through Mishon Welton. Harry provided an excellent service with viewings, accommodating with timings, responded to emails and phone calls and answered questions when asked. Great service by the rest of the team as well who provided additional assistance in speaking to our solicitors and the other respective party solicitors. Kept well informed all the time, honest and all round solid service over a 5 month period. Would recommend and use again myself!
