Claudia from the Mishon Welton estate agent was our agent and we are both so impressed with the service that we received! Right from the very start Claudia could not have done any more to help us have a smooth ride whilst selling our property! We would 100% recommend Claudia and the service that she provides and now we've had such an easy ride of selling we will certainly be back to use her services again some day if required. She made us feel totally at ease and gave us regular updates throughout the whole process which really took the pressure off of such a stressful process. She was absolutely brilliant, more than we ever expected in fact. So a big thank you to you Claudia from the bottom of our hearts- we are so very great full !!

Absolutely disgusting!!!! If this comment gets deleted I'm going to keep posting! There is no emergency number for you!!! There has been a leak and all 3 floors are soaked through! The firebrigade have said your plumber you sent around previously when leaked used a plastic pipe instead of copper! Shocking quick fix! £4000 bed is ruined I just bought, TV's and laptops! We're now homeless and can do nothing until tomorrow morning!! Videos and picture have been taking! Once again, this agency has no emergency number!! What the hell?!?!

I have just purchased a property which was marketed through Mishon Welton- I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided throughout the process (which was quite drawn out and complicated at times, through not fault of theirs). Rodger was brilliant and always kept me updated with the process and was on top of everything and liaising with all the parties. If I ever sell they I will certainly do it through Mishon Welton and would thoroughly recommend Rodger and the team!

When I moved to Hove two years ago I had a particularly bad experience with the estate agent (they ended up paying me compensation for their mistakes). So, finding the right agent to handle our sale this time around was very important to us. We chose Mishon Welton because we were impressed by Danny Norris when he was showing a house to us. We are so pleased we did. Mishon Welton were a good combination of ambitious and realistic when pricing our flat, handled viewings and offers in an exemplary way and sold us a house too. Estate agents earn their fee not in marketing a property but in moving the sale through to completion and navigating the challenges that inevitably arise. Danny, Claudia and the entire team at Mishon Welton have been nothing short of brilliant in this regard and we would recommend them highly and without reservation.

Harry. What a guy! I recently sold my property in Hove via Harry at Mishon Welton. He provided a first class service from start to finish. I cannot recommend highly enough. With regard to viewings, if you are looking for quality over quantity then these are the guys to use. They clearly understand the needs of the buyers and sellers they work with. We had a long chain and Mishon Welton kept on top of this and made the journey from offer to completion as stress free as possible. The whole experience has been an absolute pleasure and if/when it's time to move again I'll be straight on the phone to Harry!

Excellent service, highly recommended agents A close friend recommended Mishon Welton to me, which speaks volumes as to the quality of service they provide. I predominantly dealt with Claudia and Roger and found them to be incredibly friendly and above all, trustworthy. Throughout the process they were highly professional and would answer queries in a timely and articulate manner. The peace of mind provided to me was invaluable as my own house move had pressures in terms of an imminent baby arrival! Would not hesitate to recommend or use again. Harry and his team absolutely deserve 5 stars! We sold our house through Mishon Welton and even before the brochure had been printed we had a full asking price offer. Our chain was particularly small but Harry managed to keep our sale (and purchase) going without a hiccup. He dealt with solicitors and other estate agents to circumnavigate problems as he saw them coming. I think our whole chain was appreciative of his efforts. We're now happily ensconced in our new home thanks to the hard work of Harry and his team!

Mishon Welton are by far the best property agents that I have ever dealt with; they listened to what we were looking for in a new property and found the perfect place within weeks, and secured a buyer for our existing property extremely quickly. They then did everything they could to ensure that the entire transaction went as smoothly and quickly as possible, and did so in a highly professional yet personable manner. We found the process of buying and selling virtually stress-free as a result, which was very much appreciated. Good professional service, very friendly team. 1 main point of contact throughout the sales process but a few team members involved enough to step in when needed. We had a complicated sale and the team definitely gave 100%. The only reason for 4 stars is that there were sometimes delays in communication which were frustrating for us. However, based on our experience with the estate agent we bought through this is a minor negative and I would recommend Mishon Welton.

Claudia was dealing with the top end of our chain and while not our estate agent, impressed me so much with her willingness to go above and beyond to keep the whole chain moving and ensure we completed on time. There were numerous complications and this was no small effort with 4 buyers/ seller to manage, but she and the team were incredibly responsive, helpful and efficient. We have just completed on the sale of our house, and couldn't be happier with the service provided by Mishon Welton. The whole team were fantastic from start to finish, while Claudia went above and beyond to ease what turned out to be a very complicated and frustrating process. They were extremely respectful of our convenience for the viewings, given that keeping a house 'viewing ready' with two small children is not easy! Unlike some other agents, they gave us realistic advice on the price we might expect, and we achieved it. Lots of communication at all times from the friendly, helpful team members, and Claudia's tenacity in sorting things out towards the end of the sale process when there were problems with the rest of the chain, mean that we will recommend Mishon Welton to everybody we know if they are looking to buy or sell a property. We have just exchanged on a house in Brighton, bought through Mishon Welton. To be honest we have not been that impressed with many of the Brighton estate agents, but Mishon Welton have been fantastic. From the first time they showed us round the property right up to the moment we exchanged they have been on the the case and constantly keeping us up to date with progress. Danny and Harry were very helpful in the early stages, and Roger took over at the end - being the first to get in touch to let us know we had exchanged. As a purchaser we weren't paying them a penny, I guess that level of service is just a part of their approach. Well done and thanks again.

I’ve been looking for a place for 3 months and hadn’t yet found something that was what I was looking for. I went into Mishons and was greeted kindly by felix who offered me a coffee and then was taken by Romilly to review a number of different properties that I had an interest in. She was very knowledgeable and knew the surrounding area which made my decision very easy! I now have have an apartment and will be moving in shortly. The purchase of our new home via Mishons and Felix in particular, has been an absolute dream. We were previously severely burnt and scarred by a completely different agency when trying to purchase a property. It was nothing but a demoralising nightmare from start to finish and a waste of 5 months. Felix (and Mishons) are in a different league and were professional from the very first viewing to accepting our offer through to completion. The purchase of our new home came with special/personal conditions which Felix ensured the vendor was aware of and was so proactive and efficient in going between both parties. Unlike the previous experience, I didn’t have to pick the phone up once to find out where we were, Felix had already relayed everything to me and kept me fully up to date. Not that we intend to move again soon, if ever but there is absolutely no question who will be looking after the sale of our property.
