Owner occupier of a flat managed by Jackson . They have been responsible for chronic mismanagement of the building, which has lead to spiralling costs due lack of maintenance with parts of the building falling into disrepair. I would strongly advise not trusting this company with your property management.

Jacksons Property Management Company have looked after my flat in a shared block for nearly ten years now. Gary Pickard runs a tight ship as they say. Disputes, property problems, fair pricing are all handled in an efficient, professional and friendly manner. Accounts are fair and clear to understand. Mike Mc Kernan has an especially good sense of humour as well as always providing excellent advice. His breadth of experience lends him to be a particularly highly regarded professional , suited to this role Sandy, always answers the phone in a warm and friendly manner. She is always the calm before the storm. Having dealt with some other Property Management Agencies, this is one of the best ones in Brighton and Hove. Highly recommend.

For many years, Jacksons Property Management have been the Managing Agents for our large block of flats in Brighton, of which the Leaseholders own the Freehold. In my opinion, they have always acted in our best interests, and their day to day management is conscientious and effective. In addition, a number of expensive but necessary major works have had to be commissioned over the years; these have been carried out by the appointed contractors to a good standard and in a timely manner, thus helping considerably to maintain and preserve our ageing block.

When I bought my flat in Hove 25 years ago Jacksons had already been appointed Managing Agents of the building and they still continue to act in this capacity. They have always carried out this roll with professionalism, efficiency and courtesy. When I decided to let the flat I appointed Jacksons as my Letting Agents. They performed this function in an exemplary manner and continue to do so. They always deal with any queries in a friendly and helpful manner and provide an excellent all round service.

DO NOT THINK ABOUT IT. Worst letting agents to exist. Let you live in and pay for mouldy buildings, with mould so bad it isn’t even fit for inhabitants (I had a mould survey when I left my flat). I lived there for 3.5years… whenever there was a problem it was never fixed, the manager of my building was rude and wouldn’t listen to my problems. They are just the worst.

Friends daughter has a leak through the ceiling of her bedroom, causing danger as it running through the electrics, but also soaking the room causing damp and making it unlivable. The leak was reported 30 days ago- no alternative accommodation offered- no repairs done - no one helping. She’s a student & has had to pay herself to check into a travel lodge - to stay safe & actually get a nights sleep. This is making her really Ill and fall behind on her studies. Shame on you Jackson’s!
