GoogleJackson Royal were fantastic in the process of selling my Apartment in Hove. Conor was always available to answer questions with really quick response times and providing constant updates during the whole procedure. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to sell a property in Brighton & Hove or the surrounding areas, much more attention to detail than other Estate Agents and a brilliant all round service and costs. GoogleJack has been super helpful and friendly from the first moment of the rental process to the last. Our daughter needed housing while at uni, and Jack made sure she had a seamless transition moving from overseas. He always communicated on time, making international calls with us, and went above and beyond in resolving issues with the landlord. Definitely recommend!

GoogleI have been paying rent on a flat share for my son in Brighton from this agent for the past 3 years whilst he has been in uni. They have been unprofessional and unhelpful this past year. Any maintenance issues reported have been ignored. They blamed this flat of students for any noise issues when it was another rented flat, without even bothering to investigate. They have changed addresses and the company name and not informed anyone. Good luck to anyone renting from this agent.

GoogleUsed this housing agency for 2 years. Bare minimum is an understatement. We had to hassle for contracts each tenancy year, didn’t hear back for months, didn’t receive deposit for months, broke contract rules, used chatgbt responses after finally getting a reply.
