We cannot thank Lara enough for everything she did to help us find our new home. The moment she told us about the property we have now moved into, she immediately dropped everything to arrange a same day viewing for us, which really showed how dedicated and proactive she is. From that point onwards, Lara made the whole process feel effortless. She handled all the back and forth so smoothly, kept communication clear throughout and genuinely made us feel like nothing was ever too much trouble. Moving house can be stressful, but having someone so approachable, calm and supportive made such a difference. This is also the second time we have used Fine & Country Brighton & Hove and once again the service has been exceptional. Lara’s personal approach, professionalism and care really stand out and we would absolutely recommend her and the team to anyone looking for an estate agent they can truly trust. Matt Higgins is hands down the best estate agent I've ever worked with. He also has land valuation qualifications and skills which in our case really came in handy as we had a house to sell that wasn't like any other in our road. Matt was able to give us a great valuation (when frankly the other estate agents weren't sure). In the end, we had 5 offers with high quality buyers and a quick sale at a price that exceeded our expectations. Added to this are his great negotiation and communication skills. The rest of the team (I worked mainly with Dominique & Lara) were really good also and the marketing materials are a cut above the rest. Mainly I worked with Matt though and I won't be going anywhere else in future. Extremely highly recommended !

If Estate agents can have a bad reputation, Matthew Higgins and the team at Fine & Country are the exception. The selling of our house was a long-winded saga due to a very changeable financial landscape, from boom to bust, with uncommitted buyers over-bidding and then dropping out and then the market slowing to a standstill. Not to mention us being out of the country for much of the time.Throughout the process Matthew was with us every step of the way and always went the extra mile to make the best of the situation.
