TrustpilotSworn & Co didn't bother...
Sworn & Co called me to arrange a viewing for the studio in Chiswick. I drove 16 miles to make it and walked the last mile in the rain. They didn't bother to show up. I called their office 10 times, no answer. Emailed and called again - zero response, totally ignoring a customer. I drove back wasting fuel, time, and energy on agents that just don't bother. Emails kept as a proof.

GoogleReported an issue about pests in the ground of a block managed by this company. The phone call and subsequent email were ignored by them. There was no proper shed for refuse. There also was a terrible smell because the skips were not collected and people were leaving rubbish bags at the side. We also had sewerage issues which were not addressed. We eventually moved out of the flat we were renting because of it all. I would avoid this company as their management of properties is atrocious.

GoogleVery friendly team and they were always very supporting during our search for the house and even after that. Moving to a new country is not an easy task but with the team at Swon & Co, it became a lot easier. The support and friendly guidance they provided at every step was very valuable. Marina, Sanja and Kamila.. Thank you very much again...

GoogleIt was a pleasure to be their client - they are a very professional agency and they solve any issues very quickly. Especially Kamila is a star! Lovely to communicate with her and she understands the client's needs very well.

GoogleLet out dangerous properties: we had a glass panel smash in the bathroom out of the blue and gaslit us that we were making a big deal out of nothing. Also had no hot water for two weeks in their property, and won't let you know adequate contact details for landlords. Later had no hot water again. Would avoid at all costs, there's plenty of other agents in the area who appear to be much more professional.

GoogleProperty had a recurrent problem of black mould, with black mould present on the walls of the bedrooms and suspected under the carpet upon move in. Due to a severe respiratory allergy, I had to move out within the first few days after moving in. The company was not helpful with solving this issue, and I wound up paying rent for an apartment that was uninhabitable due to a severe adverse effect on my health. I don't believe the property was fit for leasing and I recommended the remaining tenants report the property to the council. I would not recommend this company to any individual hoping to find a rental property in London.

GoogleI have contacted Sworn & Co with enquires about rental property they had on offer. I have received personable, accessible and professional service throughout. The agent was very patient with all my questions and arranged few viewings (well suited to my needs and budget). All properties I have visited were well kept and clean. If you are looking to rent, make Sworn & Co your first port of call. This guys will not waste your time.

GoogleSaw a garage advertised to rent on zoopla and sent an enquiry through to Sworn and co on a Sunday afternoon. Here we are on Monday evening and no response. If this was my garage I wouldn’t be happy with Sworn trying to do the deal and as we all know first impressions make or break deals I will not be persuing further. Get your act together Sworn & co.

GoogleAmazing Estate agent, we rented a flat for 12 years in Chiswick and they were our managing agent, whenever we had an issue it was solved in no time. We always felt they are treating us as a family not as clients.

GoogleI have yet to come across a better letting and sales agency than Sworns. They are true professionals, with a no nonsense approach. Their staff are courteous, helpful and very well organised. John Downes. Bedford Park, Chiswick.
