The rudest agency ever. Really loved the house we viewed. First of all didn’t bother to show us around and just said go see it. We asked some questions didn’t let us talk. He did not allow us to have a conversation. He so said he would not ask the landlord certain questions we had, if he said he would ask we would’ve said yes on the spot to the property. He said it would be too much of a work for him to call the landlord if every tenant has a question. So they ask him the common questions so you can tell everyone the same information? Didn’t say hi or bye properly. Poor landlord because he would’ve gotten great tenants with no issue but they missed out due to the agency they picked. Very dissapointed. Would not recommend for a tenant to go to or a landlord to list their property here unless they want no tenants.

We have never dealt with you nor are you on our database we have never made any appointments for you to view a property as all our viewings are accompanied by a member of our staff. Please call our office to discuss what property you are referring to as we feel you have made a review to the wrong agent

Been waiting 2 weeks for a property for my grandparents, they have alot of money and where urgently looking for a long term place to stay, we found a property to let and inquired 2 weeks prior, we got no communication no emails nothing, in the end the landlay had communicated with the agents telling the agents that, she accepter a different offer. our offer was the full price plus deposit and 3-5 years worth of rent prepayed even if neccesary. the agent asked very strange questions as to why my grandparents need a 3 bedroom house, to which i simply said they require more space and their own space/ not shared with any other people and at ground level, almost insinuating because of my appearance that we are to do something dodgy, disgusting behaviour, poor communication and has wasted my families time as well as my own time and money, with my grandfather being sick this makes me very upset. do not approach these agents, very unproffesional and im not suprised by the many 1 star reviews. to the agent that dealt with me i hope you read this .

I am sorry you feel this way, we understand that you are disappointed with the owners decision not to accept your proposal, however we take instructions from our client and rely upon them to make up their own mind from the information you supply the more information we have the stronger the case we can make on your behalf, the landlord of this property is very particular due to some bad experiences she has had in the past through other agents.

After today's incident with an agent who insults and calls people names, it falls under discrimination, the person's name should not work there at all. I have been renting for quite a long time, I have never had a problem with an agent who worked there until today

For everyone this is the last place to visit, whenever you want disrespected and get worst service this is the place, I visited few minutes before around 14:05, there is only one lady sitting in the office and I didn't quite catch her name but she is very rude and I'm never going to visit this place.

First time renting through Sellers and the LAST for sure!Be careful with the details of the contract before signing it as they don't tell you all the details and also pay attention to their properties as you don't notice the problems they have at first and discover them after moving there and you have to stay one year there against your will as the 6months break clause is only available to the landlord and not the tenant,they seem to care more about the landlord. If you have problems, the manager doesn't even let you speak,he is arrogant and makes you feel inferior to him.He seems nice at first but after signing the contract he stops being nice.He thinks, from my experience that he is always right and you have to do things his way.Be careful with the inventory as well,take photos from the very first day when you move in and if you notice something wrong which is not in the inventory send a photo to them on the first day,otherwise you will be blamed for the damage.Very unpleasant experience!!!

I was a tenant for a few years in a property managed by Sellers Estates. When moving house at the end of my tenancy, I had a bad experience dealing with the management. In terms of conflicts with the landlord, I feel the Sellers Estates management did not support me and always took the side of the landlord. They were quite slow to move things ahead and I had to invest a lot of time, energy and money to move house which could have all been avoided had Sellers Estates been more proactive, customer friendly and better managed

Sellers Estates have managed our portfolio of properties for over 15 years and we have found them extremely knowledgeable on landlord and tenant legislation and we have never had void period the rent has always been paid into our account on time and the management team keep us informed of all situations which need addressing.We would highly recommend this firm to anyone looking to rent their home
