If you would like to discuss your concerns please contact management, as we would welcome the opportunity to discuss further with you. I understand you were trying to purchase a property that had been repossessed, which you were aware of from the outset. A lenders instructions are quite different and they have to be seen to be achieving the highest possible price for the defaulting borrower. It is not a process we encourage but they are the clients and you were advised of the process ahead of your offer and our files notes are comprehensive in every way. It makes no difference to us who buys the property and causes us a considerable amount of extra work when there are multiple offers, we are sorry you were not successful in securing the property and feel the need to leave a negative review and get others to under different names because you couldnt get what you wanted, which I feel is very unfair in itself. We have been trading for over 30 years and pride ourselves on our service and our other positive reviews speak for themselves. We spoke with your uncle who is a solicitor and fully aware of the process when properties are sold in possession by a lender and agreed there was no fault with us that you were not successful in securing the property. We wish you the best of luck with any future possession.
