GoogleOne of the worst experiences I have had with a letting agent. The level of customer service and professionalism was extremely disappointing. What I found most unacceptable was the way clients are judged based on assumptions, without properly understanding their circumstances or even taking the time to check the relevant documents. Making conclusions about people without knowing anything about them is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. For a company that works directly with customers and tenants, I expected basic courtesy, respect, and proper communication. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. Clients should be treated with dignity and assessed based on facts and documentation - not appearance, assumptions, or stereotypes. The company seriously needs to improve its approach to customer service, communication, and professionalism. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this letting agent to anyone looking for a professional and respectful service.

GoogleI found my room through this agency and paid a £550 deposit. Since moving out, the landlord has not returned a single penny, and despite contacting the agency countless times, nothing has been resolved. Every time I call, I’m told that a manager will call me back “in a few minutes,” but that call never comes. My experience has been that their customer service is excellent until you’ve signed the contract and they’ve received their money. After that, they seem to have little interest in helping when issues arise. I feel completely let down and helpless. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a company that presents itself as a trusted estate agent fail to support its tenants when they need it most. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using their services.

GoogleRidiculous service from top to bottom of this company. Not sure why when you make an appointment, Mr Reddy (owner) cannot commit to it and doesn’t even inform the client they are unable to make the meeting. Client was waiting at the office just to be told that he could not make the meeting. This is very bad practice and honestly disappointing for such an established company. The previous owners were super professional however Mr Reddy and his team have a lot of work to do.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible estate agents . House next door is rented and they are the agents . I have rung them 4 times in 7 days to speak to a manager about anti social behaviour from the tenants they are renting to and not received one call back . Disgraceful behaviour
