GoogleHorrible is not the word for this Agency. They should be described by something more worst. So Non professional. All the time they just told us lies. With no proper repair and nothing in the house. There was no proper heating in the house for our entire contract. All faulty things in the household all sockets and switches were so bad. And the agency is blaming us for that. Guys in future please save your self from renting the property from this agency. I would not even want to give them 1 star but I have to if I don't give I can't post. I would give them a 10 big Zero's.

GoogleThe flat I was staying in had leaks in the ceiling, animals living in the attic space above, rotting under the bathroom floor, black mold in the bathroom and vermin. Monica tried to blame me for these issues, saying that the leaks in the ceiling were caused by condensation from the shower. Monica and Nicholas promised repairs and didn’t do any, didn't respond to my emails and were unprofessional. They relet the property to the next tenant without doing repairs and took more of my deposit than appropriate. I was also left without heating for three months and without a hob for 1 month.

Unfortunately we cannot call you by your name as you haven't provided your real name and this means a lot when you wish to leave a genuine review. We were sending an information request to you trying to find something about your experience with Major Linkers. We are always welcoming good or bad reviews, because based on these we can improve our services and offer our customers better experiences.
As long as you wish to hide your identity and not explain your experience with our company we don't bother too much with it. So that people can see that we take reviews seriously, we reply to it here.
As far as we are concerned you can be just one of our many competitors. We know we have many because our services are praised a lot by landlords and tenants alike and we are preferred over other estate agents.
Unless you wish to provide your real name and your experience with us, we would recommend leave the reviews to genuine people.
Thank you.

I was was told many things that never resulted into anything but empty words the the landlord as well as the staff working there. I did not fond them very friendly when leaving only when we were signing up.

Dear Mr Miller,
We thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry your experience did not match your expectations, we will strive to do better.
Also, we find it a little curios your review as it came after you were shown your charges for the poor condition of the flat after you moved out, or for extra days for which you had to pay rent, or for the money you have charged to do a repair which you never did. Nobody charged extra money from you, nobody took any advantage. We wish you all the best with your next rental.

GoogleThese guys are a waste of time...….Failed to turn up to valuation. When I phoned them to chase they lied that they accidently went to the house next door and left as there was no answer to the door. This was a complete lie as I was waiting outside the property for about 35 minutes. Waste of time.....
