GoogleThe only person who is competent, reliable , respectful of the customer and hardworking, doing his job properly, is a young lady. The men working there completely ignore the customer, do not contact with customers. Another client jacked up the price of the apartment for rent and they rented to this client without informing me. They did not even call or send an email. They respect only those who pay more. All that matters is money.
Edit:I understand it, that someone gave more. I do not judge the man who raised the price. I am judging the wac that you did not inform me about it. You didn't call, you didn't write an email. You treated me like garbage, because only money is important to you, not a human being. If you had called, I would have raised the price by another &50. But all in all, it's a good thing I don't live there, because there was moisture in the bathroom under the paint and the shared kitchen.

GoogleScammers! The worst estate agents!! Absolutely no help, they only contact via email, they are complete a scam artists!
Possibly the worst manager I have ever experience, I cannot believe how bad the branch manager is, he is a disgrace. Just read some of the other reviews about this place is a palling that customer service an attitude towards tenants.

Thank you for your completely inaccurate and negative review. Are we right in saying that you think it is acceptable to live in a property and not pay rent, therefore, you have labelled us “scammers”? We negotiated damage charges with you which you agreed to. Your partner called to say that you would stay past your tenancy and was advised of that rent was due for this period, which she also agreed to. Where is the scam exactly? At least your reviews are consistent by labelling everyone as scammers, dangerous world we live in, good work!!!

Firstly, thanks for the review but we need to clarify a few points. You purchased your property through us and inherited the tenants out of choice. Did you professionally clean the property when you purchased it? Do you know the condition of the property when the tenants moved in 5 years ago? When you made requests to visit the property on several occasions the tenants were always cooperative and paid rent on time which you failed to mention. You have also kept on one of the tenants which is surprising considering how dirty you claim they were also we have not charged you for keeping him on either. All your reviews are negative which explains a lot about you. Hope this clears things up and all the best for the future.

They have no word, no sincerity and no help from the people they cooperate with.They promise a lot but they don't do anything, I just make promises. If they receive their money from the contract, they don't care about the rest. When they say today, it will be over 2.3 weeks if you push them everyday with calls and emails.
