We had an excellent experience working with this Heathrow Agency while purchasing my house through a mortgage. I would like to give special thanks to Harpreet for the excellent support and guidance throughout the process of buying my house. He was very professional, helpful, and always available to answer my questions. His knowledge and dedication made the whole mortgage process much easier and less stressful. I truly appreciate his hard work and support , and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. The staff were knowledgeable, supportive, and always ready to help. I truly appreciate their outstanding service and would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to buy a home. Thank you

I have been a tenant for 10 years. During this timeframe whenever there have been issues with the flat, Heathrow Estates have always been very quick and willing to fix them. The Landlord is also available and communicative with any questions asked. The only point that needs improvement is vetting tenants, as some have been perpetrators of anti social and noise nuisance activity. Unfortunately the law in the UK is more interested in protecting these perpetrators and punishing law abiding citizens, but Heathrow Estates has been proactive in solving these issues where the law allows them to.

I had a fantastic experience working with Heathrow Estates to sell my property. They were professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. The process was smooth, and they worked hard to get the best outcome for me. They have managed my property for a number of years, got any issues fixed and at a honest rate, never had any issues for all the years they managed / let my property. I highly recommend Harpreet to anyone looking to manage their property with Heathrow Estates.

I have been tenant with this Estate, for over 5 years and I can honestly say this is one of the friendliest team I have ever met. The best part I believe this agency is known for is being genuinely supportive and reliable with their service .

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE! I called these agents in Cranford office 5 times/Spoke to sardar Jag, and made an offer on the property but they never came back to me. I called numerous times and I was told they will let me know the outcome but theta never happened. I wasted 1 month just waiting to hear back about the property. These people are novice and have not even learnt the professionalism of this county. Never ever, deal with Heathrow Estates to avoid disappointment.

Please do not fall victim to these, they are worst agents we have ever come across, you will not get any reply from them at all, they dont give you clear answers as well, total waste of time
