This agency is absolutely awful and unprofessional. I was scheduled for a viewing an hour and half away from my home spent loads of money trying to get to the showing and when I arrived I was stood up and left without any communication. Reaching out to them to explain what had happened I heard no response or anyone trying to mend the mistake. DO NOT LET through them.

we had an issue with our water pressure in the kitchen tap, Jen contacted Goodhearts quickly for us. Goodhearts contacted us very quickly to arrange the appointment, when the plumber arrived he was quick and efficient with the job. Only pointer i could give would be to confirm a rough time on the day of the appointment.

GoogleHamptons managed to quickly turn around a second sale after the first fell through due to buyer change of mind the process was completed within approximately 8wks constant communication and great teamwork from Emily and Oliver.
