A reliable well managed company with valuable ties within the variety of services (property/rental management, accounting including taxes, sales, etc). I have experienced excellent service from my property manager - Patryk Lehman - who was always prompt and reliable. When the flat required repairs due to a water leakage from above, he went out of his way to ensure this was done fast and in a cost effective manner.

Currently renting a Hamptons managed house. Issues are dealt with quickly by the Property Manager who liaises with the Landlady and the appropriate business to get things fixed. Someone also came round to check things are in working order after 4 months of being in the property and then fed back to the Property Manager for things that needed doing. The staff in general are friendly and try and help out in any way possible.

GoogleRay Ekhator I have recently let a flat through Hamptons Chiswick and was extremely impressed with their very professional service. I would like to commend the lettings manager Holly Currie who runs her department so efficiently and special praise is due to Ray Ekhator lettings negotiator, who worked tirelessly to find the right tenant for it, always polite, efficient and available for any questions that arose. Within a very short amount of time he found not one but three potential tenants!

GoogleHamptons in Chiswick have been absolutely brilliant in selling our flat. Justin provided great professional guidance and advice at the start of the process, talking us through the market situation and what buyers were looking for, and Oliver has be outstanding as our negotiator in the viewings and ultimate sale. He has kept us informed at every step of the way, providing detailed feedback after each viewing, and initiated discussions with us around sales and pricing strategy every couple of weeks. We are in no doubt that it is his determination and proactive approach that has sealed the sale for us. Since going SSTC he remained in close touch with us, the purchaser and the solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction. All in all we are delighted with the service from Hamptons, and would recommend them highly.

TrustpilotDo not rent a place with Hamptons
Do not rent a place with Hamptons, they have no interest in meeting their legal obligations. We have no heating or hot water. Fist they claimed we weren’t renting with them and it wasn’t their responsibility. Then after I sent them my tenancy agreeemnt they apologised as they were looking in the wrong system. Then they asked me to stay in New Year’s Eve so someone could come out. Finally at half past midnight they emailed and said sorry nobody was coming but the would call me in the morning. Of course they didn’t ring. I called them and they said they would ring straight back. Took them over an hour before ringing and admitting they haven’t even booked someone. They promised to call back within 20 minutes. An hour after they promised they still hadn’t called. I have rung them back and they say they will call straight back. Still freezing and still no call back. Happy to take your rent but if you have a problem they are useless. This is the 4th time the heating has gone in 18 months. There are plenty of reputable landlords out there, sadly Hamptons aren’t one of them
