I have had the pleasure of renting a property managed by Hackett for about 5 years. They are truly the gold standard when it comes to estate management and they always addressed issues in a prompt manner. Nick Maund was the managing agent i dealt directly with over the 5 years and he always brokered the tenant-landlord relationship excellently and looked after our individual interests. Nick is solutions-driven, an excellent communicator and constantly kept me informed on all issues. I highly recommend Hackett to both landlords and tenants if you want a smooth tenancy with no drama!

Nick helped me get my first apartment in London. After reading horror stories of how agents treat tenants, I was very apprehensive in the beginning, but Nick turned out to be a great agent and person. He was always friendly and helped in getting any issues resolved at the earliest. He was very understanding and professional - always quick to respond in case of any issues. My whole experience with him was very smooth. He even went out of his way to help us get our next apartment on a short lease. The only suggestion I have for Nick is that sometimes his emails can sound rude - but since I know him in person, I know he is a sweet chap and is not being rude; it is just his style. So may be that can use an improvement. Overall, I would definitely recommend Hackett and Nick to everyone.
