GoogleFantastic work from Bruno and the foxtons team in helping us purchasing a flat. Bruno worked very hard to get the deal done (under significant time pressure) and was professional and reliable from start to finish and always easy to contact. I highly recommend using foxtons as estate agents.

Googlewish i read the reviews earlier. the most useless agency i had the misfortune of using. Couldn't care less after you sign the contract. And now that we're not extending it they're hassling us about viewings a whole month early. 2nd time in 2days now. Will got out of my way to avoid Fo*tons in the future.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe contacted the company regarding accommodation and work with Miss Elise Garlick who was extremely professional, helpful and knew exactly what we needed. I highly recommend her.

GoogleI was very happy with the service provided by the sales team at the Chiswick office. Chris negotiated an excellent sales price for my property and advised me regarding potential buyers, always very professional, informative and personable. Michael worked tirelessly liaising between buyer, seller and legal teams, enabling a smoother route to completion. Many thanks for all your hard work, it was much appreciated

GoogleOne of the worst agencies in the UK to RENT. Avoid if you can.

GoogleExtremely helpful and guiding Narean from Foxtons. Very optimistic.Super knowledgeable and extremely honest and straightforward in letting know the expectations of the landlord etc. Definitely will recommend Foxtons anytime.

GoogleFoxtons, and Zyed our agent, were very helpful in the process of renting our flat. We had some requests before we moved in which they managed well with the landlord to make sure everything was in place before we moved in.

GoogleUnlike several bad reviews, I had an overall good experience dealing with Foxtons Chiswick branch. The staff were friendly and my agent in particular was very professional and efficient. I did not like how the additional costs were hidden under "tenants fees apply" but when asked, the agent clearly outlined what those were. Overall a great office and good customer service.

GoogleCompared to other estate agents that we had used, Foxtons and Gary Runnalls, were the best by a long way.

GoogleGreat service from Rumi and Juliano. I ended up changing my search area but they were very helpful in understanding our needs and organising viewings that would match requirements. I'd reccomend reaching out to them for lettings

GoogleMy partner and I had a great experience working with Narean at Foxtons. He was incredibly thorough with his approach and highly responsive.

GoogleAmazing amazing help. Really would suggest looking for a property around the area to go with Narian and Foxtons Property consultants. They would make the whole process otherwise complex seem very simple.

GoogleThey never call you back, all what they want it’s your money , they want you to earn 50k a year to be able to rent a property of 3 bed We are a family with 2 kids .NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleWe had a very good experience with Joanna from the Chiswick branch. Joanna worked long hours to show us through all the flats in the area, and was patient as we worked through an long and protracted mortgage process. Would be happy to recommend her work.

GoogleWe have received a great support from Joanna Stachow during the purchase of our flat. Even though the process took longer than what we expected, Joanna constantly was in communication with us to find constructive solutions and actions to take in order to complete the purchase.

GoogleWe have rented our flat out several times with the Chiswick branch and it has always been a good experience. We have always received a solid service (most recently from Jonathan Deakin who was particularly professional) and has found us some lovely tenants

GoogleI don’t recommend this company I used them recently and I found them very unprofessional & arrogant, they are geared to be making as much money as possible from you, without actually thinking about the customer’s needs at all quite intimidating and uncomfortable
5/5
GoogleI had excellent service from the Chiswick staff. They came in with a good valuation and worked very hard to achieve a better than expected price. They were also always available and efficient in keeping us updated. Would highly recommend.

GoogleFantastic service from the lettings team at Chiswick. They found me the perfect property very quickly, and the move in process was smooth. Particular mention to Chris Cooper for great customer service. I wouldn't use any other estate agents.
