The worst agency ever!!! One star is already TOO MUCH! Horrible service, horrible agent who promises everything but deliver nothing. Waisted 7 weeks of waiting for a property to be redecorated . Half an hour before signing the agreement they turned us down without any particular reason ( I think they found someone who was happy to pay higher rent, greedy people and landlord ). Then I could not get my deposit back for several weeks. Was almost going to police to report property fraud. Only then they refunded the holding deposit in minutes. Don’t get involved with them !

this people are very unprofessional I had so many issues with the place I am renting not even one is resolved till date light trips now in then so many electrical sockets open few with no earth one of it was serious issue where one night the land lord trespassed the property where I am renting without no notice and any intimation just used the keys and was inside the property saying its emergency he didn't even ring the main door bell at the main entrance when my family was already to sleep still the estate agents took no action I wont recommend this place to anyone it was my bad time that I had to get along with this people they even charged me especial charges to pass my reference which were not disclosed any where in my contractNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

This Estate agents doesn’t even deserve 1 star, I tried to rent a room from them and they said I could only pay a £200 deposit in cash. I went to the property and spoke to the landlord who informed me that the room was already taken and he had had separate problems with the estate agents. I then had to take my case to small claims court because they wouldn’t give my money back. The process informs the estate agents of the claim. Only then did they talk about giving my money back which was difficult because they kept calling me asking to come into the office to sort it out face to face. I’m glad I didn’t because I don’t know what more this fake agency would have tried to scam me for. They eventually gave my money back to me. AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COSTS, they shouldn’t have a license.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Scammers ‼‼‼‼‼ offered a property to a family member ... would only allow them to sign tennency if they gave her a back hand payment of £300 she confirmed this was an illegal payment hence why they wouldnt give a receipt , ( I have proof of conversations)claimed all the time her boss was demanding this money , very arrogant and aggressive woman who constantly turned up late for appointments, would not recommend this sham of a company .. they have been REPORTED

Disrespectful and rude landloard! Agency not worth a lot at all. Am trying to get a property for my colleagues,i turned up at the property for viewing. I asked if its ok too look around,of course look around. I looked in the rear garden and the person who said he looks after the property not the estate agent representative told me you shouldn't look in the garden, the garden is not part of the property. Excuse me!its the garden of the property your renting so how can it not be! So why didn't you tell me that,who rent a house with out the garden,so he got upset and asked me to leave his property. I have several propertys my self but i was asked by this rotten landloard to leave a rotten kitchen, concrete garden,old house in general and a landloard who will ask you not to use the garden,its not right and upsetting as people that cant afford to buy has to put up with rotten landlords of his nature! The agency person did not do anything at all,it just sad ok for me to leave. Agency should take his property of there books as this treatment of people is not right,and i will report this matter to the hounslow council and HMRC i believe something wrong with this person! Ignorant and small minded people do not know how to treat other people. I would not recommend using this agency,you wont be treated as a person!

the worst agency I have ever seen. after paying the deposit a woman from the agency completely changed the terms of the rental. I did not agree and demanded the return of the deposit. She said she would return the entire deposit. the next day she called that she could return only half because we want to cancel the deal. the woman was very rude, all time gum cheew.for the meeting shesarrived 35 minutes late and she laughed that there were big traffic jams, her agency was 1 mile from the meeting place. I do not recommend this to anyone terrible agency

Horrible agency.... glad we have moved out ... they dont have time for anything you have to call them few times to get any help ... after we moved out we had to wait 2 weeks for the deposit where everything was great with the house . Calling them 5 times and they didnt know what is going on with deposit ... after i checked that deposit wasnt protected... agency wanted to give us back £100 less from deposit for paperwork and check out what a shame agency ...

The worst service provider! Not honest. We ar/e the new current tenants at 32 St Stephens Road TW3 2AX. Very serious Bed Bugs issues. Did not tell us this pre-existing issue before. Been months and this agent does not care. May Allah punish your for your wrong doings! 25/09/2018 - Immigration task force just raided the house. Appearently, been told there had been several raids in the past at this address. Agency promised me that everything was in order! Liers!

One of the terrible estate agents I have ever seen. They don't bother to take responsibilities which they are supposed to do. They hold high partial judgements, don't bother to deal with the problems. It's been two months the landlord failed to fix the gas problem which means there is no heating, hot water and gas for cooking. Instead of fixing the issue they are asking for rent on top of that.

One of the worst agent .. Government must cancel their license . They are asking 1 week fees and for that they will not provide any documents. The strange thing is that initially they said they will take 5 week deposit and after that they are saying no we will take 4 week deposit and 1 week is our fees. Hounslow council must cancel their license.
