GoogleI had an excellent experience renting through this agency. Sean and Diana were absolutely fantastic, friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciate how much they helped me out. I’ll definitely be renting from them again in the future. Highly recommend!

GoogleHIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Sean is the most efficient, honest and organised estate agent I have ever met. He gets things done simple as that. The rest of the team - Diana, Natalie, Siobhan and George are also very responsive and helpful. I really cannot see how anyone could give them a bad review (apart from sour grapes...) FIVE STARS all the way.

GoogleThank you so much for always providing an excellent and friendly service. My partner & I have lived in one of their flats for nearly 4 years and have been very happy with our treatment the whole time. Any issues we needed sorting out would be completed no problem in very good time. When we had an issue with the landlord upstairs (separate property) they stepped in & did all the leg work at a moment's notice. All our safety certificates are always kept up to date, and we always receive a warm welcome when we pop into the office. GoogleExtremely disrespectful and unpolite behaviour, no wonder I see many 1-star rating. My partner and I took time off work to do a viewing at 10am as agreed with the agency. 5 minutes later there was still no agent to show us the property, I then decided to call the agency and I have been told "oh sorry our agent got an issue on the way, she will be there in a minute, 5 to 10 min". 20 minutes later, still no one, no sign, no messages, no call. On their email they ask "Please, confirm receipt of this email and call us on the number below at least 30 minutes before the viewing time, should you wish to change or cancel the appointment." Basically stating... Do what I say, no what I do. Such a jokeNegativeProfessionalism

GoogleMost probably when you have a job for many years and if you don't enjoy the job anymore you became a miserable person day by day this is my explanation of the attitude of 2 mens I've had contact over the phone, I like to believe the nice lady wich I had the view it's out of this review coz he was lovely with us! First the attitude they approach me over the phone was totally out of respect and offending as well and to be honest when you have a job wich involves to work with people need to be spotless other wise search for something you really enjoy doing!!! Would really appreciate if you think think twice before contacting this company!!!

GoogleI called this morning for one propriety and the man who was speaking with me was very rude and superficial. I tried to have more information but he just give me very quickly one number and a few words. I called one more time and one lady apologized for his actions and I tried to speak one more time with the man but obviously he didn't say sorry and he kept in speaking badly to me. So, to sume up, nobody helped me and I was just humiliated. People don't invest time and money to be treated like this. Arrogant!

GoogleI've used Capital since 2009. They are ultra responsive, experienced and efficient. George and Sean have a great team with a lot of tenure. Along with that comes great experience, advice and problem solving. As an overseas owner it is well worth the peace of mind. I've recommended Capital numerous times and will continue to do so. They are also v ery pleasant to work with and have always found me top tenants.

GoogleWe walked in looking to share our requirements for letting only to be greeted by a very rude man in the office. He ook our details as if doing us a favor and he was going to pay our rent during tenancy. Boorish behaviour not befitting a lettings agents There are many other letting agents in Chiswick area with courteous staff who respect your time as well and treat you like potential prospects

GoogleBeen renting with Capital Properties for the last 14 months. It's been a real pleasure to have them as our agents. The team is friendly and respond to queries very quickly. We needed a couple of things fixed when we moved in and they were quick to action our requests. You hear about some nightmare agents/landlords but Capital is not one of them! Highly recommended.

I had an issue with my hob, i let the agency know - they have replied within an hour, they have provided me with a temporary option straight away and have replaced the hob, as well as additional appliances within a week. Amazingly quick responses, great service and exceptional communication!
