“Outstanding RICS Valuation Service!” I recently used Banco Surveyors for a RICS valuation, and their service was nothing short of exceptional. The entire process was seamless, from booking the appointment to receiving the detailed, professional report. The surveyor was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step clearly. The valuation report was thorough and delivered quickly, giving me complete confidence in my property transaction. I highly recommend Banco Surveyors for anyone needing a reliable and professional RICS valuation service!

I have had an association with Banco Surveyors (and its predecessors) for many years; Harj is a a qualified, highly skilled and experienced surveyor and this very much comes across in my dealings with him on a regular basis. Harj is my go to man for all matters related to surveying, including lease renewals, rent reviews and surveys. I recommend Banco Surveyors without hesitation.
